Risk management is the process of evaluating the likelihood and severity of harmful events that will impact an "asset." It involves determining, analyzing and mitigating harmful risk to an organization's capital and earnings.

Malware Analysis is the study or process of determining the functionality, origin and potential impact of a given malware sample. Students create analytical reports resulting from static and dynamic analysis that can be used to develop mitigation strategies.

A threat assessment considers the full spectrum of threats (natural, criminal, terrorist, accidental) for a given facility/location. Once plausible threats are identified, a vulnerability assessment determines potential impact and vulnerability to attack.

Advanced-level course on IoT devices including personal assistants, doorbells, cameras, refrigerators, and countless other Internet-connected devices. Examines relevant data and teaches methods and tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
